Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing By Hand Co. for your sewing lessons and craft workshops. We strive to provide a valuable and enjoyable experience for all our participants. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

• Full Refunds: Full refunds will be granted if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the class or workshop.
• Partial Refunds: If a refund request is made within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date, a 50% refund will be provided.
• No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date. However, participants may be eligible for a credit towards a future class or workshop.

• In the event that By Hand Co. cancels a class or workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to another class or workshop of equal value.

• Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, refunds or credits may be granted at the discretion of By Hand Co. upon presentation of appropriate documentation.
• Extreme Weather or Unforeseen Events: If a class or workshop is canceled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen events, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

• Required Information: Please include your name, contact information, the name of the class or workshop, and the reason for the refund request.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the approved request.

• Materials Fees: Fees for materials purchased for the class or workshop are non-refundable once they have been issued to the participant.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• By Hand Co. reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and posted on our website.

• By enrolling in our classes or workshops, you agree to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
